RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Any claim regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 7 working days of receipt of the Product(s).

We take charge of returns for defective, damaged, deteriorated pieces. For any other reason of return, the return is at your charge.

You have a period of 7 days from the confirmation of return your order to return it to our address of return which will be communicated to you for a refund or an exchange.

We only accept returns with a tracking number, any lost return-package or broken pieces is not under our responsibility, so we insist on the tracking number.
