  1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, you will be notified by email.
  2.  Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates All orders are shipped via DHL from Germany. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method.   3.  Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your DHL tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at  edia.k.atelier@gmail.com .
  4.  Shipping Delays or Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at edia.k.atelier@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the package.
  5.  Customs, Duties, and Taxes Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  6.  Order Modifications & Cancellations Orders can be modified or canceled only before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, any changes must go through our return process (see our Return Policy).
